1. How long for the delivery of ordered goods?

Normally, we will send out your ordered goods within 7 working days. Then, Post Office will handle the delivery to your address in their air mail delivery schedule (7 days in major city). If you want to check the details delivery status of your ordered goods, please contact us at geoffrey@greenpower.com.hk (please state your Transaction ID in your email).
     
  2. How to pay for the ordered goods?
  Ans :
We only accept payment by some Credit Card, as: Visa, Master and Eurocard. For details of this payment method, please feel free to contact us at geoffrey@greenpower.com.hk
     
  3. Is there any warrantee of the ordered goods?
  Ans :
Sorry that we do not offer any warrantee of our goods. But we will do our best to ensure all of our goods in good quality. If you found that there is some flaw in our goods, please contact us through email at geoffrey@greenpower.com.hk within 1 week after your receiving of our goods. We will inform you the return mailing address so that you could send the goods with all the wrapping material to our return mailing address. We will replace a new one for you.
     
  4. Is there any Refund Policy of your company?
